Cat's Cradle -- Kurt Vonnegut does it again -- Book Review

This book was something else ... an apocalyptic satire that should scare the hell out of anyone.

Imagine what might happen if someone really really smart (not you, and not me :-) were to invent a substance that could destroy the earth with a single drop.

Kurt adds his usual wacky cast and devises a really strange religion that actually has some appeal for this reader. All in all, a really fun, yet ultimately very disturbing book.

I bought this book a couple of years ago, sometime before he died, but I haven't got around to reading it yet. I'll have to give it a try.
